Closed BetaNow onboarding founding Indian law firms

Where family lawyers lose time today

  • Keeping sensitive matters — divorce, custody, maintenance — organised and private per client
  • Understanding how the facts of a matrimonial dispute map to the relevant provisions
  • Communicating status and next steps to clients under emotionally difficult circumstances

How a CaseDesk workspace fits

A family-law workspace is scoped to your firm and, within it, to the roles you assign — so a matrimonial dispute's documents, strategy, and drafts stay private to the people working the matter, while Counsel AI helps prepare replies and applications in the correct format.

Getting started

CaseDesk is in closed beta, onboarding founding Indian firms — including family lawyers. See pricing or request a demo with a matter from your own practice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is client data kept private between matters?

Every firm is an isolated tenant and matters are scoped to your organisation. Role-based access (Firm Admin, Partner, Associate, Paralegal, Client) further controls who can see a given workspace.

Can a client see the status of their own matter?

The Client role gives read-only visibility into a matter's status, so a firm can keep a client informed without giving them access to internal strategy notes.
