Use of the service
CaseDesk grants your firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for lawful, professional legal work. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you upload and for the use of any output.
Professional responsibility
CaseDesk provides research assistance, not legal advice. All output is for professional use by qualified lawyers, who remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and filing any work product. See our disclaimer.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your firm's account. Access is role-based and limited to authorised members of your firm.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to scrape, resell or redistribute the registry.
- Do not upload content you are not authorised to process.
- Do not use the service to violate any applicable law.
Changes
